Shooting the first VOSOTVO for a grade was a lot of fun even though it was a rainy day. I once again got very lucky here because the rain stopped when I arrived and held off until I was done. In order to shoot this piece, I went out to Savoy and had the opportunity to see some animals. Seeing all of the farm animals made me miss my County Fair and the exotics made me want to go to the zoo! It was a great event and I’m glad I could go and enjoy it, even while I was shooting! Check out my VOSOTVO'here. However, first, read my lead below. Throughout the video, I would be reading the script over, so if you’d please, read that while you are watching for more information about the Pet Fair at Prairieland Feeds in Savoy. End the video with the tag too. Enjoy!

Being on capus doesn’t always offer a lot of hands-on animal contact if your major doesn’t include it or if you don’t have a pet.
Voice Over:
The Annual Pet Fair was held from eleven to four both Saturday and Sunday. This is the 23rd year and about six-thousand people were expected. Owner, Garry Herzog, says it’s evident why the pet fair is a success.
“Every year, it just keeps getting bigger and I guess when it comes to animals, you can’t really go wrong. People love animals,” says Garry Herzog.
There, you could fins exotic animals like snakes and tigers and farm animals too. The store also had specials on all items. Even the rain couldn’t keep the people away.

This is an annual event, so be sure to keep an eye out for it next year for your chance to learn about rescue programs throughout Illinois and Indiana and for your chance to have some time with the animals.
