This assignment included making a VO and a VOSOT. For my VO I covered the increase of bike theft on campus. This was an important story because biking is a popular method for getting around on campus because all of the car and human traffic that clogs up the street. My second story was a very serious story that detailed what happened in last friday’s homicide that happened in Urbana’s One North apartment complex. Around here there are not many murders so this definitely was breaking news and a must cover for me.
